William (Bill) Kemp is a co-founder of Enovation Partners, and leader of its corporate transformation practice. For more than 25 years, he has crafted and delivered solutions for energy and utility industry clients around the world on critical strategy, finance, operations, and technology issues, with a strong emphasis on results. He has directed more than 400 consulting projects, and was the responsible Partner for Deloitte’s emerging markets consulting practice in the utility and resources industries.
Mr. Kemp has advised on utility industry policies and restructuring efforts in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, U.K., China, India, Russia, Singapore, Jordan, Turkey, the Philippines and other countries, as well as on many energy industry technology initiatives, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, greenfield investments, in the U.S. and overseas. He has testified as an expert witness before numerous courts and agencies.
Bill has served in various leadership positions in the International Association for Energy Economics, and speaks frequently before industry groups such as the Edison Electric Institute, the Western Energy Institute, International Gas Union, American Gas Association, Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies, and others.
